Si Hands Over Turnkey Project. The turnkey project completed by Si in Tali, Calicut, has been handed over to the Vengalil Family. When they moved into this apartment building, the family was saved from needless concerns over the building design, sanctions and construction. Si manged all aspects and handed over the project in the promised time frame.

Mr. Rajagopalan, Mrs. Sarojini, Mrs. Savithri and Mrs. Padmini of the Vengalil Family had inherited a property with an old house, with the traditional family pond and many coconut trees. They wanted to get best utilisation of the property, while protecting the interests of all members. Si created suitable property documentation for the owners to have independent ownership of apartments in a building, along with individual plots, while sharing common driveways, parking spaces and the traditional family pond. A suitable layout was made, an apartment building designed to suit the needs of the owners and sanctions obtained by Si from the municipal authorities.

The owners lived in multiple locations. Si organized the Bhoomi Puja and piling work was commenced in December 2003. Si kept the owners informed continually on the progress of work. As the work proceeded, many additional requirements of the owners were quietly implemented. On completion, Si went over every corner of every apartment with the owners, verifying with them the meticulous completion of Si' elaborate multi-pointchecklist.

Finally, the private handing over function, on 12th 2004 November, arranged by the Vengalil familiy ended with a grand lunch. The Vengalil families , their relatives and friends were present on the occasion. Mr. Anil Kumar, Marketing Manager, handed over the keys. Mr. Paul P Mathew, Manager SI Contracts handed over the Document Folder. All the SI staff were also present on the occasion. Mr. Gopalakrishnan wrote to Si, " every one is appreciating the work. Thank you for your co-operation and good work". Si wishes the Vengalil family many years of joyous living in the building lovingly built by Si.
