  Handing Over of the apartments in Cross Winds have commenced. Apartment No 1B was handed over to Mr. P Krishnan and family on 25th April. Mr James Augustine, Branch Head handed over the keys to the proud owners . All the Si staff members were present.

The ground breaking ceremony of North Ridge held on 10th Feb 2005 are attached Mr.N.Ajai Kumar, Chief Engineer, Si laid the foundation stone along with the Land Owners Mr.Haridas and Mr. Bhuvaneswaran.		  
 

 
 
The Land Breaking Ceremony of Avon Dale was held on 9th Feb 2005.After the customary Bhoomi Puja, Mr.John Kuruvilla, Architect Si laid the foundation stone along with the Land Owners Mr.Prathapachandran and Mr.Vijaya Chandran.		  
 

 
 
Vengalil Apartments, the first turnkey project developed by SI in Calicut is handed over to the owners. The handing over ceremony was held in a private function on 12th November. The Vengalil families , their relatives and friends were present on the occasion.The Keys were handed over to them by Mr. Anil Kumar,Marketing Manager, and the Document folder was handed over by Mr. Paul P Mathew, Manager SI Contracts. All the SI staff was present on the occasion. The function ended with a grand lunch arranged by the Vengalil familiy. The housing project consisting of four apartments is constructed in Tali. The building design, Building permit and the construction, and handing over was carried out by SI in the specified time frame.

Boomi Pooja of our project KINGSWOOD in Calicut was performed on 15th September 2004. Shri Sasi Namboodiri, the ‘thandri’ performed the pooja from 8.30 am onwards. Serenity and quietness pervaded the blessed project ground due to the pleasant rains that showered the previous night.		  
 
During this very personalised function, Mrs & Mr. K.S.K.Menon, Mrs & Mr. Dr. Vijayashankar, Mrs & Mr. K.P. Narayanan, Mr. Rajappan, Mr.K. Padmanaban, Mrs& Mr. Srikumar, Mr.Padmanabhan, Mrs. Karthi Krishnan and Mrs & Mr. M.C. Rayon were the special invitiees . All of them had come to see the beginning of their home in the making.  
 
After the pooja at 9.45 am , the blessed corner stone was laid by Mr.M.C. Rayon, the proud owner of the land with the blessings of the invitees present . Mr.James Augustine, Branch Head, Southern Investments along with other staff members were present. The elite neighbourhood also joined us during this auspicious occasion.		  
 
September 15th marked a new beginning in the making of 23 lovely homes !!		  

  The Mega Bumper Prizes of the Mathrubhumi Smmanamazha Scheme have been handed over to the winners in two different functions held at Glen Valley, Thiruvananthapuram and Cedar Park, Cochin.  
 

Hon. Finance Minister Mr.Shankara Narayanan handed over the keys of Apartment AG1, GlenValley to Dr.Sreedevi in an august gathering held at Glen Valley, Mudavanmugal on 17th Jan 2004. Mr.V.S.Sivakumar MP, Mr.P.V.Gangadharan, Director – Mathrubhumi were also present.
 		 
  The Apartment 5A at CedarPark was handed over to Mrs.K.K.Premalatha in another function held at Cedar Park on 3rd Feb 2004 by Hon. District Collector Mr.Gyanesh Kumar IAS. Cine Star Ms.Chanchal inaugurated the house warming ceremony. Prof.Antony Issac, Chairman GCDA presided over the function.  
 
Earlier Mr.Jacob chandy, Director – Operations, Si handed over the keys to Mr.Bhaskara Menon, Director – Mathrubhumi.
