When they moved into this apartment building, the family was saved from needless concerns over the building design, sanctions and construction. Si manged all aspects and handed over the project in the promised time frame. Mr. Rajagopalan, Mrs. Sarojini, Mrs. Savithri and Mrs. Padmini of the Vengalil Family had inherited a property with an oldhouse, with the traditional family pond and many coconut trees. They wanted to get best utilisation of the property, while protecting the interests of all members. Si created suitable property documentation for the owners to have independent ownership of apartments in a building, along with individual plots, while sharing common driveways, parking spaces and the traditional family pond. A suitable layout was made, an apartment building designed to suit the needs of the owners and sanctions obtained by Si from the municipal authorities. Vengalil Apartments The owners lived in multiple locations. Si organized the Bhoomi Puja and piling work was commenced in December 2003.   Si kept the owners informed continually on the progress of work. Lighting The Lamp  As the work proceeded, many additional requirements of the owners were quietly implemented.
