As part of Si's Corporate Social Responsibility, Si -Kochi Branch organized a Painting Talent Hunt to discover the budding artists and to nurture their talents in the field of art and design. The program was organized for the Children of 1st to IVth standard from the selected Schools of Kochi.
The year 2011 is the birth centenary year of Kairali's great romantic poet, Changampuzha Krishnapillai .... The Changampuzha Samskarika Kendram is celebrating it through out the year with various Arts and Cultural activities . It was a pleasant experience for us to be a Part of this celebration by conducting the Children's Painting Talent Hunt in Changampuzha Park at Edappally.
Later Si orgonized a Painting Expo by displaying all paintings at the Visitors lounge of the landmark project , Kingsway Point at Edappally on 27th February 2011. The visitors were quite impressed not only in the creations of the budding artists but also the aesthetic view of Kingsway Point with its elegant lobby, the neat and tidy surroundings and the sample apartment with the unique advantages and quality finishes of Si. The participation certificates were distributed at the venue of the Expo.
The Award distribution ceremonies were another greater experience for both, the Si and the Teachers & Students of Schools who won awards in different categories. The Awards were distributed in the following categories.

RECENT HANDING OVER CEREMONIES |
Over four thousand ceremonies! Imagine the process. In the
beginning, a prime
property is located and preliminary documents executed.
Then, designs are prepared, plans drawn and Building Sanctions
obtained. Foundations are then laid and reinforced concrete
structures constructed. Numerous agencies finish walls,
fix doors and windows, lay flooring, fit sanitary ware and
connect electrical systems. Then, the managers and engineers of Si
carry out their final inspections. Now comes the happy and
exciting event - Handing Over! Share our joy with
glimpses of some of the more recent handing over ceremonies!
